A layered, yet easy-to-make pie for those who love the combination of sweet pear and salty blue cheese. If you are not a fan of blue cheese, it can be replaced with brie cheese

50 g butter
2 pears
50 g blue cheese (or 100 g brie cheese)
handful of finely chopped walnuts
3 eggs
1 cup 18% cream (240 ml)
1/4 cup sugar
honey for serving
Grease the baking pan with butter
Fold phyllo sheets accordion-style and arrange them in a circular pattern, filling the entire pan
Slice pears thinly and place them between layers of dough together with pieces of cheese
Melt butter and brush the phyllo dough thoroughly
Whisk eggs, sugar, and cream with a fork
Pour the mixture over the pie and sprinkle with walnuts
Bake in a preheated oven for about 50 minutes until golden
Drizzle with honey before serving
