Crispy, flaky layers of phyllo pastry filled with a juicy, flavorful meat filling. These samosas are light, golden, and incredibly satisfying — perfect for a snack, appetizer, or party food
1 pack phyllo dough
700 g ground meat (a mix of beef, veal, and pork)
1 large onion
2 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
50 g butter
sesame seeds
Blend the onion until finely chopped
Cut potatoes into very small cubes
Add onion and potatoes to the ground meat
Season with salt, pepper, and cumin, then mix well
Cut phyllo dough into strips about 5–7 cm wide
Place 1 tsp of filling at the edge of each strip
Fold and roll into a triangle shape, forming samosas

8. Repeat with remaining filling and dough
9. Arrange samosas on a baking tray
10. Brush with melted butter
11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
12. Bake in a preheated oven until golden and crispy
