500 g ground beef
1 medium potato
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
2 celery stalks
1 liter beef broth (can be replaced with any other broth or water)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
0.5 liter milk
500 g cheeseburger cheese slices
black pepper to taste
vegetable oil for frying
Cook the ground beef in a pan with vegetable oil until fully cooked
Dice all vegetables
Sauté all vegetables except the potato in vegetable oil until the onion becomes golden
Add the vegetables and potato to the beef, pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk in the flour
Gradually pour in the milk, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens
Add the cheese and continue stirring until completely melted
Pour the cheese mixture into the soup, season with black pepper, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 more minutes
