Have you tried the individual egg bites at Starbucks? They’re one of the tasty, protein-rich breakfast options offered at Starbucks. The eggs are gently cooked, giving them a smooth, light, and creamy texture. You can easily recreate them at home using a pressure multicooker
I make this recipe all the time and change the fillings depending on what I have in the fridge. You can also experiment with the basic mixture
This time, I used disposable foil cups. Silicone molds designed for individual portions work well too
Ingredients
4 eggs
4 strips bacon
3/4 cup grated cheese (any cheese)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (can be substituted with farmer’s cheese)
1/4 cup heavy cream (can be substituted with milk)
A pinch of salt
Fresh herbs and/or finely chopped vegetables (optional)
Steps
Cook the bacon until crisp and cut into small pieces
Divide the bacon among the individual molds
Place all the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the egg mixture into the molds over the bacon
Cook in a pressure multicooker using the Steam setting for 8 minutes
