Crispy oven-roasted potato wedges are always a welcome addition to the table. The only downside is that they usually take quite a while to cook — but there’s an easy way to speed up the process almost twice as fast without sacrificing that golden crispy texture
3 large potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill
Microwave the potatoes with the skin until partially cooked
(mine took 2 minutes on one side and 1 more minute after flipping)
Cut the potatoes into wedges, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil
Mix together the parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, and dried dill, then sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes
Place the potato wedges skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes
