Ingredients for two 10 × 25 cm (4 × 10-inch) pans
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar (200 g)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (60 ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk (60 ml)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 cups spelt flour (200 g)
1 tsp baking powder
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
Steps
Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla with a whisk
Add the baking soda and vinegar to the milk and mix
Mash the bananas well with a fork
Combine everything, then add the flour and baking powder and mix
Add the walnuts and mix
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes
