These are some of the most tender and flavorful chicken cutlets you’ll ever make. The secret is simple: instead of ground chicken, this recipe uses finely chopped chicken breast that marinates in a creamy sauce before frying. The result is juicy, soft, and full of flavor with a beautiful golden crust
700 g chicken breast
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Sprinkle with cornstarch and mix well
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with mayonnaise using a fork or whisk
Pour the egg mixture over the chicken
Mix everything well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat
Using a tablespoon, spoon the chicken mixture into the pan to form cutlets
Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and beautifully crisp
Transfer the cooked cutlets to a second dry pan, cover with a lid, and let them cook on low heat while the next batch is frying
Repeat until all cutlets are cooked through
