A vegetarian Indian-style dish made with chickpeas and vegetables seasoned with aromatic curry. It can be served as a side dish, for example, with rice, or as a complete meal with a side of plain yogurt
My older son shared this recipe with me. At school, he was given an assignment in cooking class to prepare a hearty vegetable dish from another culture. I never would have thought he would eat such a combination of ingredients. But he did! The secret turned out to be simple. He cooked it himself — therefore, it must be delicious. Conclusion: cooking class at school is a good and useful thing)))
